This website, bingquiz.weeklyquiz.net (the “Site”), is operated and published by WeeklyQuiz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We create and curate daily trivia and news-style quizzes.
We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Bing. “Bing” is a trademark of Microsoft.
2) What these terms cover
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, quizzes, articles, and related features (the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3) Eligibility
The Services are intended for users 13 years and older. If you are under 13, please do not use the Site. If you are 13–17, use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
4) Content and accuracy
Quizzes, answers, and explanations are prepared in good faith for learning and entertainment.
Some answer keys may be community-verified and can change as new information appears. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability at all times.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
We do not issue or manage Microsoft Rewards; references to Bing quizzes are informational only.
5) Trademark and brand clarity
We reference “Bing Homepage Quiz,” “Bing News Quiz,” and similar phrases to describe what we cover.
We do not claim partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Microsoft or Bing.
Do not use the Site in a way that suggests you are Microsoft, Bing, or officially connected to them.
6) Fair and non-misleading use (Webmaster compliance)
We commit to:
Clear authorship and publishing info.
No impersonation, cloaking, or deceptive behavior.
No misleading claims about rewards, affiliation, or outcomes.
Honest labeling of ads, affiliate links, and sponsored placements.

7) Acceptable use

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Site without authorization, contact us via the Contact page with:

a description and the URL of the copyrighted work,
the URL of the allegedly infringing material, and
a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
17) Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and WeeklyQuiz agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, USA (including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California).
18) Dispute resolution (informal first)
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first email us via the Contact page with a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, Section 17 applies.
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, including if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity).
20) Severability; no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
21) Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any linked policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
